Salary Range: 5,000.00 (MYR) - 7,000.00 (MYR) per month (Depending on Experience)

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
• Monitor compliance with specifications and design drawings throughout the construction period, covering both structural and architectural trades.
• Review and coordinate all necessary shop drawings for relevant trades, including but not limited to structural and architectural works.
• Apply AutoCAD knowledge to design, interpret, and review electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Perform hands-on work in electrical and mechanical activities as required.
• Discuss and communicate highly technical concepts clearly with prospective leads and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage tendering documentation, including BOQ, cost estimation, and submission of tender proposals.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers for tendering purposes.
• Develop and maintain automation or system programs relevant to project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent) or Science & Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and designing electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in project tendering, including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender submission.
• Programming skills in relevant languages (e.g. Python, C/C++, PLC programming, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Computer literate and comfortable with documentation tools.
• Knowledge in automation industry-related products is an added advantage.
• Good team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to travel; must possess own transport (car).
