We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and hands-on IT Systems & Operations Executive to take full ownership of our company’s tech infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our team has working hardware, our servers and websites stay online, and our cloud environment remains secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & System Management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize our server environments and cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
• IT Asset Management: Own the lifecycle of all company hardware. This includes sourcing, provisioning, laptop tagging, tracking inventory, and managing software licenses.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for internal tech issues. Swiftly resolve laptop, hardware, network, and system downtime.
• Web & Cloud Operations: Manage and troubleshoot company websites, resolve site errors, and manage cloud data storage and access control.
• Cybersecurity & Alerts: Monitor security dashboards, respond immediately to cybersecurity alerts, enforce password policies, and ensure data backup protocols are running smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years (Junior) or 4+ years (Senior) of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a similar hands-on IT role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Cloud Environments (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with network security, website management (WordPress, cPanel, or similar), and basic cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools or tracking systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize urgent tasks (like a server going down), and a patient, helpful attitude when dealing with non-technical team members.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
