Requirement :

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant computer applications.
• Preferable write, read and speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with suppliers.

Responsibilities :

• Handle accounts payable processes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to support audit activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to headquarters (HQ).
• Review and verify internal documents such as sales invoices, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and other supporting documents.
• Utilize SAP system for accounting and financial operations.
• Perform day-to-day accounting functions, monthly accounts closing and financial reporting.
• Carry out any order related job tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
