Job Title: Consultant Engineer / Sales Coordinator

Location: Seri Kembangan

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 4,800

Job Description

LS Smart Machinery is seeking a Consultant Engineer to bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales support. You will be the key person exploring new leads and managing our showroom operations to ensure a premium experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins, providing detailed product information.
• Explore and venture into new leads through indoor cold calling, email blasting, and WhatsApp blasting.
• Manage the upkeep of the showroom and assist in exhibitions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and sales pipelines.
• Perform monthly machinery stock counts and status updates.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, culinary or a related engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service within the industrial sector.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
