About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at COMPO HEALTH STAR SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a range of administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, document management and general office support

• Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors with excellent customer service

• Supporting the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment

• Contributing to the implementation of effective administrative processes and procedures

• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver efficient and timely administrative support

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel

• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a varied workload and changing priorities
