JOB SUMMARY - Saujana Utama, Kampong Sungai Buloh
A Retail Assistant provides excellent customer service, assists customers with purchases, maintains store presentation, and supports daily store operations to ensure a positive experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
• Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves and organize products displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries in store.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• SPM, diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent and trustworthy.
