Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, site activities, and subcontractor works.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QS, and Site Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timeline and report progress to management.
• Prepare site reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in project planning, material coordination, and site measurements.

Minimum Education Level

• Fresh Graduation/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering /Building Construction /Interior Architecture /Interior Design /Construction Management Or related field

Minimum Years of Experience

• 3–5 years experience in Interior Fit-Out / Renovation Projects
• Able to handle projects independently

Special Requirements

• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail fit-out projects.
• Able to read construction and shop drawings.
• Familiar with project coordination and site supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
