Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Welding Intern to assist our fabrication and production team in welding, metal preparation, and workshop activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in industrial welding processes, safety practices, and engineering fabrication works.
Responsibilities
- Assist welders and supervisors in daily fabrication activities.
- Perform basic welding works under supervision.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment before welding operations.
- Carry out grinding, cutting, fitting, and cleaning of metal components.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Ensure welding works comply with quality and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Assist in inspection and testing activities when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma in Welding Technology, Fabrication, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of welding processes such as SMAW & GTAW
- Willing to learn and work in a workshop or site environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good discipline, attitude, and safety awareness.
- Physically fit and capable of handling workshop activities.

Preferred Skills

Pay: RM700.00 per month
