Job Title: Site Supervisor

Company: Mass Venture Global Sdn. Bhd.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have experience managing warehouse workers, arranging site operations, and understanding project drawings and sketches.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage warehouse workers and daily activities.

- Plan and arrange warehouse items, materials, and stock movement efficiently.

- Monitor site project work progress and coordinate with project teams.

- Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and project sketches.

- Assist in site planning, measurements, and project coordination.

- Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timeline.

- Maintain proper organization and safety standards at warehouse and project sites.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Site Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.

- Must have knowledge and experience in handling site project work.

- Must be able to understand drawings and drawing sketches.

- Good leadership skills and able to manage workers.

- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

- Possess driving license is an advantage.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Sunday: Off Day

Salary Range:

RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 per month (depending on experience)
