Key ResponsibilitiesTransport Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily inbound and outbound deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Allocate vehicles, drivers, and routes to maximize fleet utilization.
• Prepare daily transport schedules and communicate them to operations, drivers, and customers.
• Monitor transport capacity and recommend additional resources when required.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and last-minute customer requests.

Fleet Coordination

• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all vehicles are assigned efficiently based on load, route, and delivery priority.
• Coordinate third-party transport vendors when internal fleet capacity is insufficient.

Delivery Monitoring

• Track vehicle movements and delivery progress throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to delivery delays, breakdowns, accidents, or operational disruptions.
• Provide real-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding delivery status.
• Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is collected and submitted within the required timeline.

Customer Service

• Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and transportation requirements.
• Resolve transportation-related issues professionally and promptly.
• Support customer service teams in addressing delivery complaints.

Cost Control

• Optimize delivery routes to reduce transportation costs.
• Monitor fuel consumption and mileage efficiency.
• Minimize empty return trips and maximize backhaul opportunities.
• Ensure transport operations remain within approved budgets.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all drivers comply with company SOPs and road transport regulations.
• Verify that all transport documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor driver compliance with delivery schedules and safety requirements.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed before dispatch.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.
• Analyze transport performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Monitor delivery trends, vehicle utilization, and transport costs.
• Maintain accurate transport planning records and documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
