Internship Duration

Minimum 3 months (preferably 4–6 months)

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production operations and process monitoring.
• Support production supervisors in ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Prepare and update production records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Assist in material preparation and inventory control.
• Participate in process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Support production planning and coordination with other departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree students in:
• Food Technology
• Food Science
• Biotechnology
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Operations Management
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
