Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Produce detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models, conceptual renders, and presentation visuals using Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Update and revise drawings based on consultant, client, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare drawing submissions and maintain proper revision control.
• Assist in preparing project presentations, tender drawings, and visual proposals.
• Conduct site measurements when required to verify drawing accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and company requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drafting or a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar 3D software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in LED displays, architectural lighting, electrical services, or façade systems will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and a valid Class D driving licence. Willing to travel to project sites within Malaysia when required.

Salary

• RM3,000 – RM4,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
