INSPECTION UNIT

- Inspection unit – 4 unit daily

- Inspection Report - photo

- Stick on notice board- any unit have issue example cleanliness issue- once monthly

- Round check – corridor and stairs (check light, emergency light, exit light)

- Round check Report

MAINTENANCE

- supervise maintenance (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

- Supervise maintenance – repair washing machine/fridge

- Check unit – water bill high/tnb bill high (once monthly when have high water bill)

FILING

- Copy/add complaint, show cause form and leave form

- Filing complaint, service/purchase, and show cause form

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
