HR Internship Opportunity – Mun Hean Sdn Bhd (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Mun Hean Sdn Bhd is looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions!

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Internship Allowance: RM500 – RM1,000 (depending on qualification & experience)
Duration: Minimum 3–6 months

What You’ll Be Involved In:

• Assisting with recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups)
• Supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Helping to maintain and update employee records
• Assisting with HR reporting and documentation
• Supporting any ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good attitude, eager to learn, and a team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
