Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of our IPO franchise network. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new business partners. Your primary goal is to grow a robust network of franchisees who will leverage and sell our proprietary Sunpina software alongside our premium carpentry and fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential franchise partners, including interior design firms, contractors, and entrepreneurs, who align with the IPO brand vision.

Pitching & Presentation: Present the IPO franchise business model, highlighting the competitive advantages of our carpentry services and the operational efficiency of the Sunpina software.

Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact and discovery calls to contract negotiation and final signing.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly partnership recruitment targets set by the executive team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure a seamless handover of newly signed partners to the Training Manager for onboarding and operational setup.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor franchise models, and market demands to refine our recruitment strategies continually.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in franchise recruitment, B2B sales, or partnership development.

Experience or strong understanding of the interior design, carpentry, or software (SaaS) industries.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to communicate complex business models and software solutions clearly to prospective partners.

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
