Job title : Admin Executive ( 2 persons )
Working Location : Puchong , Selangor
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal system
Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
Manage and update databases using SQL
Handle administrative documentation and filing
Attend to shop customers, provide basic assistance, and respond to inquiries professionally
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Strong attention to detail with high data entry accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is an added advantage
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking
Willing to work a 5.5-day work week.
