Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Change Management.
  • Experience implementing ITIL Change Enablement.
  • Experience managing enterprise production releases.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps environments is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Change Governance

  • Own the enterprise Change Management process.
  • Review all proposed production changes.
  • Conduct risk and impact assessments.
  • Ensure appropriate approval workflows are completed.
  • Maintain organisational Change Management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations and internal governance.


Change Advisory Board (CAB)

  • Organise and facilitate CAB meetings.
  • Review implementation schedules.
  • Validate deployment readiness.
  • Ensure rollback plans are available.
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals.
  • Record and communicate CAB decisions.


Deployment Coordination

  • Coordinate production deployment schedules.
  • Manage enterprise change calendars.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure appropriate communication before implementation.
  • Coordinate emergency changes where necessary.


Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor Change Success Rate.
  • Monitor Failed Changes.
  • Monitor Emergency Changes.
  • Analyse change trends.
  • Produce executive dashboards.
  • Recommend improvements to Change Management maturity.
