We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Admin & Accounts Assistant to support the smooth administrative and financial operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will handle patient billing, appointments, inventory, banking, supplier payments, and petty cash management. This role is critical in ensuring efficient clinic operations, accurate financial records, and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Billing & Accounts Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on patient invoices; process payments (cash, card, insurance claims); maintain accurate patient accounts and records.
- Inventory Management: Track dental supplies, materials, and office inventory; conduct regular stock checks; place orders with suppliers; maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations; ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Supplier Payments: Process supplier invoices; prepare and execute payments to vendors; maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle day-to-day petty cash expenses; maintain proper records and receipts; perform regular reconciliations.
- Patient Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments; handle rescheduling and cancellations; coordinate with dental staff for optimal clinic flow.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
