岗位职责

  1. Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. 
  2. Help prepare new hire documentation, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure smooth onboarding. 
  3. Support in planning and executing employee activities, events, and surveys.
  4. Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist with HR reports.
  5. Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback. 
  6. Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  7. Ad-hoc task provided by Human Resource Department or Management.
