Job Description

OVERVIEW

• Responsible to maximize asset utilization and minimize resource and energy wastages by utilizing Industrial Engineering practices and methodologies.
• Responsible to create the standard setting for man, material, machine, and method related issue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to perform the detailed study for operation (4M: Man, Machine, Material and Method) through complying Industrial Engineering practises and methodology.
• Responsible to meet and close the improvement opportunities on time for company revenue growth.
• Responsible to focus and executive on the OEE provided solutions with operation teams.
• Responsible to monitor and provide the up-to-date report for material efficiency performance.
• Responsible to identify and audit operation meet the standard layout setting criteria.
• Any other tasks / projects assigned by your Superior and/or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies and executions.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understand concept of MTM, MODAPTS and MOST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or similar software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
