Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Executive, located in Kajang. The Contract Executive will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and managing contracts related to our construction projects. Key daily activities include negotiating terms with clients and vendors, evaluating tenders, managing documentation, monitoring project budget to ensure cost efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction project management and basic principles of construction
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging with clients and subcontractors
• Attention to detail, taking-off skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft Project or AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant work experience in contract administration or the construction industry is preferred
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
