Job Description

1)Carry out machine maintenance and repair (minor servicing and repair) to minimize down times.

2)Call and arrange with contractor for service and repair of machine (if not within his capability); and verifyservice or repair works done by contractor.

3)Trouble-shoot machine problems with the assistance of production exectutive and perform effectiverepairs always.

4) Updates production executive and document controller for matters related to machine issues such asmaintenance, repair, calibration and etc.

5)Monitoring and updating machine and equipment listing from time to time and report to documentcontroller if any changes in the record arise.

6) Feed back to production executive for any related on machine issues regarding maintenance

7) Ensure machines, equipments and tools are properly maintain from time to time.8) Record, checking,maintenance of equipment,tool and machinery .

9)Ensure house-keeping, health and safety at production floor is implement effectively.

10) Assist in loading and unloading if the person-in-charge not available or during his absence.

11) Maintenance and repair ( minor servicing and repair) employees hostel

12) Any other jobs assigned by supervisor.

13) Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, electrical repairs, parts replacementand machine performance data.

14) Develop and maintain comprehensive spare parts records for each machine,perform stock tracking through stock cards, monitor inventory levels, and arrange stock replenishment as required to support preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in basic maintanence and services
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Leadership, motivation and supervisory skills.
• Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends as required.

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday ( 8am-4.30pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
