Account Assistant / Account Executive (Full Time)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
* Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
Job Responsibilities
* Key in supplier invoices, payment vouchers and expenses
* Prepare and key in sales invoices
* Maintain customer and supplier records
* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
* Prepare monthly payroll records
* Process EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions
* Perform bank reconciliation
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
* Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation
* Follow up on outstanding payments from customers
* Assist in e-Invoice preparation and submission
* Assist in audit, tax and statutory matters
* Support daily accounting and administrative operations
* Other accounting duties assigned by management
Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Experience in AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage
* Experience in Property Development or Construction industry is an advantage
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
* Good attendance and punctuality
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
