Join Our Dynamic People Team as an HR Intern!

What You’ll Be Doing:-

1) Recruitment Support

-Assist in posting job advertisements on various career platforms, Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

2) Employee Engagement

-Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events

-Design creative visual materials such as posters and infographics

-Prepare presentation slides for HR communications and initiatives

3) HR Administration

-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Internship Requirements:-

1) Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

2) Proficient in Canva or other design tools for creating visual content

3) Skilled in Microsoft Excel and generally computer literate

4) Internship intake: August 2026 (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
