Job Description:

• Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor & equipment)
• Develop tender documents & bills of quantities
• Handle contract administration & ensure compliance
• Monitor project costs & prepare financial reports
• Manage cost-related risks & scope changes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers & contractors
• Perform quantity take-off from technical drawings
• Manage final accounts including variations & claims
• Monitor project schedules & evaluate subcontractor quotations
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 3–7 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
