Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for overseeing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, executing campaigns, and driving revenue growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, company website)
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness
Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales (e.g. Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales)
Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility (SEO)
Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, customer service) for smooth order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on marketplaces
Work closely with digital marketing team on ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Generate reports and provide insights to improve sales performance
Requirements
MALAYSIAN ONLY.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
Hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada Seller Center
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
