Requirements

  • Passion for the Lens: A strong interest in video production, cinematography, lighting, or audio engineering.
  • Technical Basics: Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and smartphone filming gear.
  • Software Savvy: Basic knowledge of video editing or audio software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) is a major plus.
  • The MGAG Spirit: A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of Malaysian humor and internet culture. You should be someone who stays calm under set pressure and loves solving problems on the fly.

岗位职责

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Production & Logistics
    • Assist the production team in preparing equipment lists, securing locations, and organizing props or wardrobe for shoots.
    • Help manage production schedules and coordinate with creators, talents, and crew members to ensure smooth shoot days.
  • On-Set Production & Execution
    • Get hands-on on set! Support the crew with camera setups, lighting arrangements, and audio recording.
    • Ensure all equipment is safely handled, set up, and packed down post-shoot.
    • Keep track of continuity, slate/clapperboards (when needed), and assist the director in keeping shoots running on time.
  • Post-Production Workflow
    • Manage media assets by offloading, organizing, and backing up raw footage and audio files.
    • Perform basic assembly edits or rough cuts to help the editing team speed up the post-production pipeline.
    • Collaborate with content editors to ensure visual assets match the intended creative vision and brand guidelines.
