• Support daily procurement activities, including sourcing and vendor communications
• Coordinate order processing and follow up on purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchasing transactions and proper documentation.
• Learn to navigate procurement systems and supply chain processes
• Monitor and record shipping lead times to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist in preparing shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
