Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the department on daily operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records.
  • Assist in data entry and ensure information is accurately updated in the system.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
  • Support inventory and stationery management.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Internship duration of at least 3 months - 6 months.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude and eager to gain hands-on administrative experience.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per hour
