全职 PRODUCTION OPERATOR Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,800 in Ngo Chew Hong Oils & Fats (M) Sdn Bhd Semenyih - Ricebowl

To record storage tank valve, position every shift.

b) To check the storage tank level two hourly.

c) To record chillers parameters two hourly.

d) To heat up storage tank according to instruction from Operation Department (Night Shift).

e) To help Production Supervisor in checking rubber membrane and filter cloth for membrane filter and to change the rubber and cloth if necessary.

f) To operate Distributed Control System (DCS) for Crystallization Process and monitor control time when Production Supervisor take rest.

g) To wash membrane filter when the input is low (less than 20, 000 liter) or no crystallizer ready for filtration.

h) To ensure complete removal of stearin cake before washing membrane filter.

i) To operate membrane filter and record in the membrane filter log book

j) To operate membrane filter when Membrane Helper takes rest.

k)To collect and send sample (RBDPO/RBDOL/RBDST) to lab for testing

* Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary.
