We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience & Operations Executive to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing excellent customer support, coordinating orders, and assisting with office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, and social media, with professionalism and care.
- Provide product information, assist customers with order placements, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Manage online order processing, including coordination with the packaging team and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Follow up and resolve delivery issues, product concerns, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, transactions, and operational documents.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, documentation, and inventory/office supplies management.
- Coordinate communication between customer service, operations, packaging, and delivery teams.
- Assist in company events, campaigns, and special projects when required.
- Support daily operations to ensure a consistently high level of customer experience.
