Key Responsibilities:
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and applications using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Incident Management: Help identify, log, and escalate network alerts or system outages according to established procedures.
- Technical Support: Provide basic first-line technical troubleshooting and support for internal or external systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network events, incidents, and daily shift handovers.
- Collaboration: Work alongside senior network engineers and L2 support teams to learn advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
