岗位职责

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Purchasing Executive in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases, quotations, and purchasing records.
  • Track outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to delivery, quality, and quantity discrepancies.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and documentation.
  • Support general administrative tasks and any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Business Administration
  • Procurement
  • Logistics
  • Operations Management
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
