岗位职责

We are looking for a positive, organised and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role offers exposure to various aspects of Human Resources and office administration, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people and developing their HR career.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Support in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records, HR documentation and staff information.
  3. Support in payroll administration, attendance records, leave management and employee benefits matters.
  4. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programmes and internal communications.
  5. Prepare and maintain HR, attendance and administrative reports.
  6. Support in maintaining stock, inventory, and company asset records.
  7. Coordinate inventory replenishment and delivery arrangements as required.
  8. Coordinate, general office administration to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  9. Assist in managing office supplies, documentation, filing, maintenance coordination, and renewal reminders.
  10. Provides administrative support to Management and support with ad-hoc tasks as required

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in HR, administration or office support is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
