JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Supporting the team in other daily tasks.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Support sales team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
- To process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Update employee information, maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative assigned by the HOD/Superior
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Expected start date: First week of August 2026
This is a 1-year contract position. Based on satisfactory performance, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
