岗位职责
· Attend to customer enquiries and receive vehicle for service, repair, inspection and maintenance.
· To record all customer's requirements/ concerns and provide advice / consultancy.
· Prepare service quotations, explain repair recommendations and obtain customer approval before work commencement.
· Coordinate with technicians to monitor work progress and communicate updates to customers.
· Prepare job orders and related service documentation accurately.
· Manage customer expectations regarding repair timeline and service outcomes.
· Ensure completed vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
· Maintain proper records of service history and customer communications.
· Support workshop efficiency, scheduling and daily operational coordination.
· Monitor warranty processes and compliance requirements.
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
