About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive with a passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships. You will be the main point of contact between our customers and the company ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person professionally and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer experiences and potential customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, services, and feedbacks.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through Rating / Review

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service, client relations, or related field (automotive industry is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Bahasa (Mandatory) and English (Basic)
• Own transport and able to commute to Bandar Baru Bangi

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
