Assistant Architects

We’re looking for a detail-driven, creative Assistant Architect to join our team and help deliver thoughtful, buildable designs from concept through construction.

What you’ll do

• Support senior architects with concept development, schematic design, and design development.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentation packages.
• Prepare coordinated architectural documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details) and assist with specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, compile as-built drawings, and support construction administration (RFIs, shop drawings, site reports).
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), vendors, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues.
• Research materials, codes, and sustainability strategies; contribute to design reviews and QA/QC.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma's or Bachelor’s or in Architecture or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an architectural practice (internships included).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; bonus points for SketchUp/Rhino, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe CC.
• Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with local building codes, authority submissions, and approvals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical capability.

Nice to have

• Experience on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design frameworks (LEED, GreenRE, WELL) and passive design strategies.
• Basic cost-awareness and constructability insight.
