Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Payroll Processing:

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, incentives, overtime, shift allowances, claims, and statutory deductions.
• Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll data
• Process payroll changes for new hires, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and resignations, including final payment calculations for resigned employees

2. Statutory & Compliance:

• Process statutory contributions and deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Ensure compliance with employment and tax regulations

3. Payroll Records & Reporting:

• Handle payroll-related inquiries, provide clarification to employees, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
• Prepare payroll reports and journals for Finance
• Support audit requirements

4. Employee Support:

• Handle payroll-related inquiries, provide clarification to employees, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.

5. Others:

• Perform ad-hoc payroll-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary information and ensure secure handling of sensitive payroll data

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
