The Job

1. Creative Production & Visual Consistency

• Assist in developing digital assets for internal and external projects using Pixlr Group’s online design tools.
• Support the creation of TikTok videos and short-form visuals in line with branding and messaging standards.
• Ensure all visuals meet quality, layout, and format expectations according to brand guidelines.

2. Team Collaboration & Feedback Adaptation

• Participate actively in team brainstorming, sharing ideas confidently and respectfully.
• Accept and integrate feedback into ongoing projects with openness and a growth mindset.
• Attend project reviews and contribute constructively to peer and team discussions.

3. Design Research & Innovation

• Conduct basic visual trend research to propose relevant ideas for content formats, colour palettes, and layout styles.
• Contribute fresh visual concepts aligned with Pixlr Group’s creative direction.
• Explore user preferences and competitor approaches under guidance to inform own work.

4. Organisation & Task Follow-Through

• Take ownership of assigned design tasks, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
• Maintain well-organised design files and submit completed work through correct channels.
• Provide clear progress updates and ask for clarification when required.
