We are an established ISO-certified plastic manufacturing company based in Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih and specialized in a wide range of products including zipper bags, courier bags, bubble courier bags, security bags, as well as medical and laboratory plastic products such as petri dishes and containers. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure production output meets quality standards and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Monitor machine performance and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and safety regulations
• Supervise and manage production workers, including attendance, discipline, and performance
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment (plastic industry preferred)
• Familiar with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
