JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
• Collaborates with other departments (Internal Audit, Human Resources, etc)
• Monitors and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain informed of the status of all compliance activities.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in future
• Develops risk management strategies to overcome compliance issues
• Provides reports on a regular basis and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
• Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorised persons as appropriate and/or required

REQUIREMENT:

• Have work experience in the field of accounting
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Education: min Diploma in Accounting
• Age: Below 30 years
• Language skills: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer skills: Microsoft word & excel
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY ON 01/07/2026
• JOB LOCATION : Kajang, Selangor

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
