Sales & Marketing (Project)

• To carry out and implement daily sales activities as per the SOP sales order procedures and work instructions.
• To attend and follow up with the overseas project prospect, customer and agent trade enquiries.
• To implement overseas project prospect pre-qualifying administration and arrange for posting of catalogues, corner samples and price proposal to the potential prospect.
• To prepare costing and price proposal for project enquiries with agreement from superior that meets to the customer requirement.
• To closely monitoring and making effort to gather the information to meet the customer required specification in order to close the sales.
• To follow up and update the quoted project enquiries.
• To verify the technical shop drawing where necessary for submission to customers.
• To plan and calculate the material required and checking with Purchasing Department and MPPC on the availability of material upon confirmation of project order.
• To prepare Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract upon confirmation of order from customer.
• To verify the Delivery Schedule as per agreement with the customer and production department.
• To verify the Project Door Schedule which prepared by Junior Sales Support Executive if necessary.
• To verify Job Docket to production after confirmation order and receipt of payment term.
• To verify the Cost Provision Database for the respective orders which prepared by Junior Sales Support Executive.
• To upkeep and updated ERP system database.
• To monitoring the payment collection and make sure the collection is received within the collection period for the assigned customer account.
• To closely monitoring the progress of production on project order and update the customer if there are any changes and delay on the delivery schedule.
• To provide after sales service to customer by preparing Quality Assessment Form to measure the level of customer satisfaction on our products and services.
• To ensure corrective and preventive action is executed and followed through.
• To provide effective supervision and coaching Junior Sales Support Executive, Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
• To update and verify the monthly KRA for Junior Sales Support Executive.

Monthly Preparation of Sales Reports

• To prepare for the monthly reports as follow:
• KRA reports (Project Team only)
• Monthly Production Summary (Project orders)
• Sales Collection Reports (Project orders)
• Monthly Forecasted Sales and Cost Provision Report (Project orders)
• Monthly Actual Sales and Cost Provision Report (Project orders)
• Departmental Objective Evaluation Report (Project order)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
