Lead the Purchasing team to acquire quality used vehicles at the right price while supporting sales, profitability, and business growth.

• Lead and manage a team of Vehicle Inspectors.
• Make final decisions on purchasing vehicles from customers.
• Assess vehicle condition and value using technical automotive knowledge.
• Negotiate purchase prices with customers.
• Ensure purchased vehicles meet company quality and profit targets.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to meet inventory needs.
• Monitor team performance and achieve purchasing KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve vehicle acquisition and revenue.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle purchasing, inspection, or used car operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and condition assessment.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on sales, revenue, and profitability.
