Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible on all E-commerce activities at marketplace

· Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in the online market

· New product listing, pricing update, promotion and sales analysis

· Assisting in customer chats to increase conversion rate

· Meeting the store KPI set by respective marketplace including positive seller rating, ship on time, chat response, product listing and other compliance measures

· Assist in driving E-commerce sales and meeting revenue target

Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Requirements:

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage

· Required Skill(s): using spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc)

· Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook

· Knowledge of E-commerce space, SEO will be an added advantage

· Able to work under pressure and handle tight timeline

· Organised, responsible and having the ability to multitask

· Candidate must possess at least STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field.

· Candidate with working experience in e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
