Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plan.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Report progress, delays, and site issues to project manager/management.

- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and timely completion.

- Resolve any on-site problems and provide practical solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.

- At least 2 years of working experience in construction/site supervision.

- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel to site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
