Job Description:
- Oversees arrangement of QC team and interns under quality department on site.
- Monitor and advise QC supervisors should there be any quality issues or ad-hoc tasks.
- Supervise interns under quality department throughout their internship period which includes making schedule and verifying their overtime etc.
- Review data and verify CCP record and ensure that all parameters set are being met.
- Conducting regular inspection of manufacturing facilities to identify potential problem and investigation to determine the causes of defect if any.
- Participating in meetings with management to discuss any issues and participate in audits from third party.
- Involve in investigation of any quality issues and provide investigation report and/or NCR report when needed.
- To highlight any related quality issue to the management before proceeding with any action.
- Ensure that production areas are kept clean and tidy following GMP requirements.
- Ensure production personnel hygiene compliance with the GMP standards before entering production area and before handling any equipment.
- Responsible for inspection arrangement of on-hold finished good or quality issue return at production or other storage area.
- Require covering assistant manager’s and/or supervisors’ duties when not on site.
- Responsible for any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
Qualification: Education/Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
- Fresh Graduate are also encouraged to apply. Training provided.
- Have good knowledge of GMP, HACCP & Halal standard and requirement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Location: Bandar Baru Enstek (Negeri Sembilan)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
