ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR Operations, recruitment, employee administration, and office management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and other documentation.
- Coordinate training, meetings and company events.
- Support payroll and attendance administration.
- Handle general administrative and office duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR & Administration Department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
