Job Summary
The Safety Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality, Safety & Compliance (QSC) Department, ensuring proper document control, accurate record keeping, and compliance with the company's Safety Management System requirements. The role supports safety, audit, and compliance activities while maintaining effective coordination between the QSC Department and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update safety records, reports, permits, training records, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure proper document control, filing, and record retention in accordance with company requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate and arrange Monthly Safety Briefings, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
- Prepare and coordinate Safety Inspector schedules for site inspections.
- Monitor and follow up on the submission of safety-related forms, reports, and records from site teams.
- Assist in preparing monthly safety reports and departmental statistics.
- Conduct or participate in site inspections when required and support follow-up actions on inspection findings.
- Liaise with site personnel and relevant departments on safety documentation and compliance matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the QSC Executive or Management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
