Job Scope
- Assist in handling and organizing company documentation and records
- Support data entry, data upload, and database updates accurately
- Assist in managing internal forms, reports, and administrative documents
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of digital and physical documents
- Conduct basic research and information collection when required
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking records
- Support the team with administrative coordination and operational tasks
- Monitor and update internal systems or trackers regularly
- Assist in checking document completeness and accuracy
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the team
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or related tools
- Basic research and information gathering skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
